skin needs textures, it looks plasticy at the moment. Also, your shadows are not deep enough and you need much more color variation and textures in your shadows

Her jawline looks just amazing! I think your shadows there were great. Maybe a bit more around the nose and the sides of the face to make it appear a bit less flat. The hair looks really good aside from a lack of any "stray" hairs right around her bangs area, particularly. But really, this is looking great!

The face looks, nice, it needs a little texture though. The hair could use some work - put in lots of stray strands unless you're going for a helmet plastic hair look. Don't make the highlights quite so large, and make them sharper. There are lots of good hair tutorials on the net, I encourage you to check them out. There is even one on this site, in the tutorials section.

I will check out some tutorials for the hair, I have tried a few in the past, but I still find hair to be quite difficult when rendering! Thanks.

Well I used various references for specific parts, for example, the lips, just to study the lighting, I didn't use a specific reference though for the whole thing, and Ive never heard of that mmorpg^^;;; Im curious to see this picture now thoughXD

Really nice. Colors are good too. I think hair could be improved but this is just a minor point.
